DK-534 -- Consequences of a Divided Heart

Dr. Kinlaw reminds us that there is no middle ground between a divided heart and a single heart. And the holy person, the person who says Jesus is Lord, has a single heart.  When you get regenerated, you are going to quit breaking the Ten Commandments and doing the external sins.  But holiness of heart is when you come to say, “Lord, you decide what is good for me, and I will rejoice in the decision you make.”

We like people that are close to God. And we like people that have some of the traces of God’s character in their lives, and when you see them, you find you delight and joy in them.
