    Happy Birthday Dr. Kinlaw.
I wll never forget the first time I met you and had the wonderful privilege of hearing you speak. It was as Eaton Rapids Campground in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. I am not sure what year, but I was in my late teens or early 20’s. From that day forward when ever you were near or at the CHA meetings, my husband and I wanted a front row seat. At the Holiness Summit meeting at Circleville you answered a young graduate’s (of Naz.Semary) quetion as to how to explain santification to young adults. As an old time Methodist I was so proud. You used the eradicate and said whatever word yiou use, you have to kill it dead. Thank for the years you have declared the message of Holiness. God bless and give you many more years. You are loved by all of us. Keep well and safe and keep preaching the message.

    Dr. Kinlaw,

I have to thank you for your influence on me during the past 10 years. I have read your devotional 3 times during those years, and the Holy Spirit uses your words to challenge me in new ways.

I pastor in Coldwater, Michigan and I have heard you speak three times at pastor gatherings, and I have always come away with an expanded heart for serving the Lord and share Christ’s love.

Thank you also for being a torchbearer for holiness. Your unashamedly bold approach to entire sanctification is refreshing. Christianity needs to do more than occasionally wound the sinful nature or temporarily tie it up!

Happy birthday, Dr. Kinlaw! God bless you abundantly, and thanks again.

Dr. Kinlaw – still waiting for you to finish the book 0f John that you started at Indian Spring Campground about 15 years ago. Remember, you made it to the second chapter, verse 6. As old as you are, maybe you were there with Moses and Joshua. Many more, Doc. Love you.

Dear Dennis, what a delight to be able to wish you a Happy Birthday when you are 90 years young! We have been so blessed by the friendship we have have enjoyed over these many years with you, dear Elsie, and the family. It will be 57 years since June 10, 1955 when Jim and I were married and began two weeks later attending your early ministry at Loudonville Community Church. As you know. we are still there being blessed now by Katy and Stan Key’s ministry. Thank you for all those FAS retreats at Hemlock Inn and the books, tapes, videos and CDs we have in our library that still bless us. Hugs from us both. We love you. – Jean

    Dr. K:
Wasn’t it just a few days ago we celebrated your 80th birthday with the One Mission Society? Thank you for pouring into my life! A couple years ago, I was listening to an old casette tape of your preaching during a chapel service at Asbury College. It was the darkest period of my life and you were preaching on God restoring the year of the locust from the book of Joel. The Lord used you to speak that promise into my heart that day and I can now say he has fulfilled it! The restoration is complete! During my darkest moment you were there. Your voice is still the most comforting one I know. Bless you. I love you.

    Dear Dr. Kinlaw,

When you took me out for lunch as a young African exchange student at Asbury College in 1992 and when you came to my farewell party that same summer at the World Gospel Mission Student Involvement Center, you have profoundly touched my life since then. My spiritual journey, my pastoral ministry and my academic ruminations are incomplete without the deepest of your thoughts. you are a blessing beyond America, you are a blessing to the world. Your fruits are more than you can ever number. Every time I come to Wilmore, I cherish the few moments always spent with you. What a pleasant man you are to us! I thank God that just this past Sunday June 3, I turned 45, half of your age! You are blessed Dr. Kinlaw

My Friend: Dick and I celebrate your birth and life. You and your beloved Elsie touched our hearts in an amazing way when we were blessed to meet you at The Billy Graham Cove.
Our lives suddenly began much richer. We continue to marvel how you seemed to care deeply and pray for our grandsons. There is no doubt that Jesus will say Well Done Thy Good and Faithful Servant to you someday. Until that day, I know you will bless everyone around you. Happy Birthday. We love you so much, beth and dick too

    Happy Birthday Dr. Kinlaw,

We are so happy for you and your dear family, and so grateful to God for the blessing your friendship has brought into our lives. And for the powerful way you’ve presented the gospel, dividing the Word and challenging us to a closer walk with Jesus and holy living.

Your diligent study and reliance on the Holy Spirit, and your faithfulness and commitment to Jesus, have been both and inspiration and example to follow.

Truly He has worked in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure. And now because of the part you and Mrs. Kinlaw have played in our lives we too are walking with Him. May we all trust and obey all the way to heaven!

If all of us here and from all over the world who have been touched by your life had a candle to put on your birthday cake, imagine how large the cake would have to be! And how long it would take to blow out all the candles!!!

To God be the glory great things He has done through a life lived out for Him.

Wishing you a great outpouring of the joy of the Lord to fill your heart and b

Have a wonderfully happy, special birthday with your family and friends there in Wilmore. YOU are a gift to all who have been blessed in meeting you. I know our lives have never been the same – thanks to you. I heard of you all my life from my Daddy – your first cousin James Kinlaw – your uncle Preston’s son; however I did not meet you until our reunion in 2006, in The Kinlaw library. We still read This Day with the Master every day, and still get something new and special from it every day. You are one of the most special sweetest men I have ever met. I love your wisdom, your faith, and your sense of humor with that cute little giggle. We wish we could see you on your 90th birthday. We will certainly think of you and celebrate your life! It is such a gift and blessing to others! We love you, Dennis Kinlaw. You don’t know it, but you are so much a part of our lives, even from afar here in Florida. HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! With our love, Kay and Lou
