ECFA is committed to helping Christ-centered

God-honoring ethical practices.
There is a
special spark in the eyes of the staff of the Francis Asbury Society these days
... we know our new building is under construction! The UPS driver just
delivered 18 boxes of our latest book about Francis Asbury, Midnight Rider
for the Morning Star, so we now have rows of books on each side of our
narrow hallway, but we don't mind trying to walk around them because we know our
cramped situation is just temporary now.
Every day we
drive by our land and watch the progress of the new office building/conference
center for FAS. Excitement comes as each new announcement ripples through the
office: "They're pouring the footer tomorrow, steel is being delivered Monday
... the timber has been ordered, etc." After years of being in the cramped
basement where the FAS offices are now located, we are MORE than anxious to see
our building completed and ready to occupy.
As we anxiously
anticipate its completion in 2009, we are allowing ourselves to dream ... to
dream of what the future may hold for the Francis Asbury Society and its steady,
faithful purpose of promoting the message of holiness to the world. We look back
with grateful hearts to our faithful donors, staff, and friends who helped us
get to this place, and we look forward with hope and faith to the future.
We can't wait
to hear those final words permeate the office -- it's MOVING DAY!
From the moment that Francis Asbury's
foot touched ground in Philadelphia from England in 1771,
the American colonies were never the same -- nor was the
Englishman himself. Sent by John Wesley, Asbury was
America's first circuit-rider, covering 5,000 to 6,000 miles
a year, spreading the gospel and daring death from Georgia
to Quebec. Read more about

The Francis Asbury Society is a not-for-profit organization whose
purpose is to spread the message of Scriptural holiness to the ends
of the earth in accordance with the Great Commission. Jesus
said His disciples were to be the salt of the earth. The
Church is never stronger, no man ever happier, and no society ever
healthier than when they are holy. God in Christ continues to
draw to Himself a people whom He, through His Spirit, can renew in
His own holy image.

evangelists, scholars, and missionaries who
are called to carry a message to the world. We accomplish this
through evangelistic meetings, revivals,
conferences, the Covenant
Fellowship, and publishing. By this
we will influence men and women who will live with integrity out of
their desire for a pure heart for God.
