Prayer Chapel

The staff and volunteers of FAS are committed to cultivate our Ministry Center as a house of prayer and to take seriously each request for prayer that we receive. To this end, each member of the FAS staff spends 30 minutes each week praying for each request by name. If for any reason you have a prayer need, we would love for you to send it to us using the form below:

You are also welcome to join us in the Prayer Chapel if you are ever in the area. During our 8:30am-4:30pm office hours, the Prayer Chapel is able to be reserved for private prayer, or you may simply join in whatever open prayer is taking place at the time.

You may also fill out a prayer card by hand and send it through the mail, if you are more comfortable with that. Print off this form, and mail it to:
